DON’T BECOME A STATISTIC

660,000 new companies are registered in the UK every year, but unfortunately 60% of those will go-under within three years and 20% within the first 12 months.

The UK is a booming nation of start ups, so why are so many closing their doors? Of course there’s many reasons why a business may fail, but according to Hiscox two of the main issues are a lack of adequate planning and poor marketing.

Leverage the collective experience & knowledge of marketing experts in the crucial early stages of your business and avoid becoming a statistic. Whether it’s an initial one-off plan or market research, or an integrated marketing director to help steer the ship, Invoke Media are here to guide you to calmer waters.

GREAT IDEAS

There’s an old saying “being early is the same as being wrong.” Your business idea may be great, but is there a demand right now? For every huge successful startup you can name, there’s someone who has tried to do it before but failed. They had all the pieces to the puzzle but the market just wasn’t ready, or they were missing the key to marketing it successfully.

Before you invest more time & money in your great idea, stop and take a breath. Let Invoke Media research the market, assess feasibility and create an effective plan to bring your idea to market.

A GUIDING LIGHT

In the early days of a business its not uncommon for your team to be wearing multiple ‘hats’. The MD may be running accounts, the admin assistant in charge of marketing.  But there will come a point where your business needs experienced professionals to fulfil these roles and take it to the next stage of its journey & growth.

We’ll embed an experienced marketing director into your business, providing strategic direction and our team plugging the marketing skills gap, allowing you to focus on the areas of your business that need you the most and allowing your business to thrive.

Working with the young and driven directorship and senior management team from the beginning, Invoke Media have provided strategic direction and marketing support that has helped see the business go from strength to strength. Let us help your business achieve the same.

Childcare

Mobile Phone Application

Invoke Media were approached to write a marketing strategy for a phone app in the childcare industry, the specific details of which are protected by a non-disclosure agreement. In the early stages of consultation it became apparent that no market research had been done, and a considerable amount of time and money had already been spent, with the project ready to enter another stage of development.

Invoke conducted a feasibility study to assess the market and demand, and also identified several direct and indirect competitors. This study enabled the directorship to make an educated and data driven decision on whether further significant investment should happen, or whether a pivot was required.
