You will be provided with a full written agreement ahead of the commencement of work. For the purpose of transparency we have provided key points below.
Length of Agreement
Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, your minimum term is 3 months. You will need to give at least 30 calendar days notice to terminate our services after this point.
The 30 day notice period will start at the end of the next billing cycle.
For example, if you give your notice on the 5th April and the last day of your billing cycle is the 28th of the month, your agreement would end on 28th May.
You can give notice of termination or downgrading by email to Accounts@Invokemedia.co.uk.
You will receive confirmation and a follow up phone call from your account manager to confirm. This is not a sales or retention call.
The cost of the hospitality ‘Maintain’ retainer is £695 +VAT per calendar month.
This excludes any additional ad spend you would like to use.
This amount includes £150 ad spend which will be spent across the relevant social media channels.
Payments will be taken via direct debit through our nominated provider.
We offer two payment schedules:
Schedule 1: Invoiced & charged on 28th of the month.
Schedule 2: Invoiced & charged on 15th of the month.
We understand cashflow is king in any business. To that end we try to accommodate our customers wherever we can. If for any reason you can not make a payment on time or you expect your direct debit to fail, we ask that you please let us know at the earliest opportunity.
Scope of Services
This scope of services is to act as a guide and does not replace or invalidate the terms contained within your written agreement.
Our hospitality ‘Growth’ retainer includes:
Social Media Management
We will post daily content on the agreed social platforms to promote your brand and reach.
Professional Image Bank
We will visit your business and take professional images to use on social media and other marketing channels. We will edit and format these images at no extra cost.
We will provide you with a monthly report on the agree key metrics.
We will provide you with a report on key metrics and gathered intelligence of your two nominated competitors.
Search Engine Optimisation
We will conduct on-site optimisation as well as list your business on the relevant directories and platforms. We will manage your Google My Business listing unless you opt for us not to.
Dedicated Account Manager
You will be provided with a dedicated account manager who will act as your point of contact within Invoke Media. This does not mean that you can not speak to other members of the team should you wish. Your account manager will aim to respond immediately, but will be allowed up to one business day to provide a full response. This is to account for sickness, absence and other issues. If you wish to speak to someone sooner, you will be given the option to speak to another member of the team with a 4 hour (business day) full response time, if not immediate. Your account manager will not undertake all aspects of your marketing, but will be aware and project manage. If we need to change your account manager for whatever reason, you will be made aware at the earliest opportunity with an explanation. This does not affect the terms of your agreement.
We will set up alerts for brand keywords to ‘listen’ for mentions of your business. We will then respond to negative and positive comments/feedback where necessary. The channels we will monitor include: Twitter, Facebook Groups (nominated by you), Trip Advisor, Trustpilot, Blogs, News Articles, Other Websites, Google Search Results & Youtube.
Paid Social Ads
We will promote posts and run advertisements to highly targeted audiences to encourage engagement with posts and inbound enquiries.
We will send monthly (unless otherwise agreed) emails to your customer database. We will design, write and manage all campaigns. We will segment your database where possible and liaise with you to establish what content and offers you’d like to promote.
Facebook & Instagram Growth
We will conduct campaigns using various techniques to improve the following of your Facebook & Instagram page/account. The results will be reported in your monthly report.
- Click ‘Speak to Someone’, we’ll take you details and one of our directors will call you at a time that is convenient.
- We will ask you to fill in a brief questionnaire that will help us understand your objectives, as well as help us establish important factors such as an appropriate tone of voice.
- We will send over a written agreement, including non-disclosure.
- We will then arrange a time to visit you at your place of business to conduct our initial face-to-face and photo/video shoot.
- Content will be sent for your approval or amendment ahead of campaign launch.
- We will be in continuous communication to ensure you are happy with the work being conducted. We will ask for relevant promotional information (such as offers) each month.
