WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER

We aren’t public health experts, but we do know about marketing and communications. The simple fact is, the COVID-19 pandemic will kill businesses, and the majority of those will be small, independent and family-run operators.

We’ve decided, without charge, obligation or ANY attempt to sell our services, to offer a suite of marketing and communication services to eligible small businesses to help see them through this difficult time. They’re aimed at helping businesses ‘ride the storm’ and to help them bounce back once we’re through the other side.

The positive to take away from this terrible situation is that we’re all in this together, and by sticking together and supporting each other, we can fight through and bounce back when it’s all over.

COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY

As businesses, you are reliant on the circumstances, behaviours and perceptions of your customers.

How you communicate with your customers and handle the situation over the coming months will have a considerable impact on how your customers perceive your business in the future, and its ability to engage them.

We’re here to help you navigate the stormy waters of marketing communications.

PUT IN THE GROUNDWORK

The chances are that you didn’t plan for this scenario…and that is understandable. One thing is for certain, business and society as a whole will never quite be the same again. The threat has been proven, don’t get suckerpunched again. Business continuity and recovery doesn’t have to be the preserve of large corporations, use this time to reduce the risks in the future, and to plan your rebound when it all blows over.

Use the suite of services we’ve designed to fix existing issues in your business whilst you have the opportunity, and give it the fighting chance it deserves when the market starts to recover.

YOUR SUPPORT SERVICES

We have handpicked a suite of specialist services that will help your business survive and bounce back from the Coronavirus pandemic. We’ll review their effectiveness and appropriateness, along with our ability to provide them to the highest standard, each month. There’s no real application process, just get in touch using the relevant button and we’ll get straight back to you. We have however imposed small eligibility and prioritisation criteria, to ensure the free services aren’t abused and that they benefit the area, county and region we call home the most.
